قصة الفيلم:

بعد مرور سبع سنوات على Monsterpocalypse ، كان جويل داوسون ، إلى جانب بقية الإنسانية ، يعيش تحت الأرض منذ السيطرة على المخلوقات العملاقة على الأرض. بعد إعادة الاتصال عبر الراديو مع صديقته في المدرسة الثانوية ، Aimee ، التي تبعد الآن عن 80 ميلًا في مستعمرة ساحلية ، يبدأ جويل في السقوط من أجلها مرة أخرى. كما يدرك جويل أنه لم يتبق له شيء تحت الأرض ، يقرر الخروج إلى إيمي ، على الرغم من كل الوحوش الخطرة التي تقف في طريقه.
